About

Interested in walking more?

Walking can be one of the simplest ways to improve your overall health and wellbeing. But don’t worry if it’s not something you do often, as we’ve teamed up with local organisations to help make walking with others enjoyable for everyone:

  • Choose to join short walks or longer walks, walks in the morning or afternoon, and even bring a pushchair, wheelchair, or mobility scooter if you need to
  • Starting something new can feel a bit strange at first, but the friendly people we’ve partnered with are here to help boost your confidence
  • All of the walking groups are free. You’ll just need to bring a comfortable pair of shoes!
